You know what to eat, but have you ever ended up at the grocery shelf confused by the labels and the choices? Join us as we explore the shelves and the labels in demystifying our food selections. Join us on Martha’s Vineyard at the Vineyard Arts Project on Main Street in Edgartown for this 3 Day Workshop.

Three days of food choices: What is real?
Terms to Define and Understand:
- Define Natural versus Organic
- How we have been duped by labels
- Hydroponics and green houses
- Every color of egg
- Animal Proteins; Grass Fed versus Pastured versus Organic
- Pastured & Cage Free
- GMOs
- Fat Free
Cereals, Oils, Gluten Free, Seaweeds, Beans, Produce and more will be covered in depth.
You will leave with an understanding of what is most important when shopping. A grocery list and pantry list will be provided. Shared meals prepared together and centered around “ancestral foods.”
Morning Yoga and two hikes included in registration.
