Almond Flour Pancakes
Almond Flour Pancakes makes 6 (make extra and use as “bread”)
⅔ cups fresh ground almonds (into flour consistency)
2 farm raised organic eggs – well blended
a pinch of cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla powder
Blend all the ingredients together and pour batter into preheated skillet with coconut oil or grass fed butter. Make each pancake 3-4 inches round. Allow to cook and very lightly brown and flip. Serve with fresh berries.
