Cauliflower Dip
We served creamy purée at our Commit to Change retreat on Martha’s Vineyard in March. Try it with sautéed eggplant slices, or cut up any vegetables you like.
- 1 whole cauliflower, cut into florets and steamed
- ½ cup cream or yogurt
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives
- Salt and cayenne pepper to taste
Put all in a food processor or blender and blend well.
