Make the Commitment to Better Health in 2019

Jan and John in Taos, 2018Diet, lifestyle and behavior are far more important than our genes in determining our health. Make a five-month commitment to your health with our two-part lifestyle and nutrition retreats, held in March and October, 2018.

Five months to change: By now you have heard that you can change the composition of your body in a reasonable amount of time. Embark on this commitment and get the tests that will show you how much change you can make.

Unlock your biological data and make the changes specific to your health. Upon sign-up, you will be given a complete order of tests to determine your starting biochemistry and microbiome. This will require you to have your blood work and stool analysis twice in a six-month period. It also means you’ll have five months to change your test results—for the better!

If you have not received your 23&me DNA analysis, we also recommend it. Knowing your genetic profile and examining your test results will enable you to create a guide in lifestyle and nutrition choices for both disease prevention and optimal health.

Our first weekend will examine your initial test results and determine the best course of action for you. You will leave with a clear understanding of your challenges and a plan to continue on the path of health and well being. We also provide a week’s worth of recipes and a Facebook private page for support with weekly challenges and recipes.

Make the commitment to change your biochemistry and microbiome by signing up for a complete metabolic panel blood test and a stool test through Genova: once before the March session and once before the October session.

We will mark the halfway point in June with a webinar check-in to see how folks are doing and where they are in their progress.

Three weeks prior to the October weekend, a second set of lab tests will reveal your changed results.

Both weekends include three cooking classes, a morning hike and three lectures, including a deep-dive afternoon for you to understand the changes you need to make based on your test results, as well as recipes and support.
